Subscriber’s choosing to register the Subscriber and/or Subcriber’s members for enrollment in one or more programs offered through CRM’S Website will be required to provide certain information needed to process and complete the enrollment and to enable usage of CRM’S Website. Also, CRM’s Website may automatically recognize and record certain non-personal information, including the name of the domain and host from which users access the Internet; the Internet protocol (IP) address of the computer being used; the browser software and the operating system being used; the date and time of access; and the Internet address of the linking web site, if any. 2. Each Subscriber is responsible for obtaining information from its members and for establishing member accounts. In so doing, the Subscriber agrees to obtain and retain verifiable parental consent in relation to any information obtained relating to children under the age of 13.
